We will discuss how to navigate these changes in the best way possible and facing external opinions and judgements from others.

There are many vulnerable things that surface during a new book-level shift in life.
We will go into depth about what feelings and insecurities may arise, and how to face the changes, and vulnerabilities in the best way possible so you can start your new book in the strongest, most grace-filled way possible.

Inner Voice & Emotional "Bean Bag" Foundations
If you are new to inner voice work, and want to strengthen your inner voice connection so you can trust and follow it's guidance more, this class is a perfect way to practice.
We will also do any relevant emotional "bean bag" releasing, so there will be plenty of practice on this supportive process as well!

What if I can't make the Calls Live?
