In these 60-minute sessions we will slow down, breathe together and release anything that is safe and ready to be released. You will quiet the mind, bring awareness to the body and let go of any Emotional Bean Bags (stored emotional resistance) that come up. You will be guided every step of the way by your facilitator and the wisdom of your Inner Voice. Releasing Bean Bags creates more energetic space for love, light, and ease to flow through.
