In our current diet culture along with overwhelming information on nutrition, our relationship with food can be complicated, sometimes down right hostile.

And yet, we were born with innate senses and intuitive knowing on how to best nourish and nurture ourselves. Food is not and should not be the enemy.

To be in harmony with food is to reclaim our mind body connection while taking our power back from people and things that never had any control over our choices and wellbeing in the first place.
