About Inner Voice Sessions

Classic Inner Voice Sessions allow you to live as your inner voice and receive deep inner guidance on all aspects of your life in a single 90-120 minute session.

An Inner Voice Facilitator will help you access the state of awareness that allows you receive inner voice answers on the topics your mind has the most questions about.

If what Bella calls “emotional bean bags” (deep, stuck emotions lingering in the emotional body) appear during the session, the Inner Voice Facilitator will help you learn to release them safely and effectively.

Hi, I’m Lissa Sandler, a Crystal Alchemy Sound Teacher, Inner Voice Guide, Meditation Teacher, and Wellness Brand Mentor. I offer Crystal Alchemy Sound Healing Journeys with Inner Voice guided meditations to calm unwanted repetitive critical thinking, overcome imposter syndrome, and create a balanced inner environment. I curate group and one-on-one sessions, often with themes such as addressing health challenges, sleep issues, increasing motivation, or easing anxiety. Additionally, I lead a group of like-minded entrepreneurs in a meditation, sound healing and Inner Voice led business mastermind each year called Inner Guided.
