These words, which I read before giving birth to my now 10-month-old, struck a deep chord within me. They felt truer than the all-too-common narrative that parenthood is a grind of exhaustion, sacrifice, and hormones dictating your every mood.
Crossing the sacred threshold into motherhood has indeed brought up intense emotions for me. But, this is where we get to rewrite the story…
We don’t have to stay stuck.
We don’t have to carry the heavy “mental load” forever.
We don’t have to accept stress, sacrifice and exhaustion as our new normal.
When navigating motherhood feels really intense, it’s not that we’re falling apart, being tortured or failing.
We’re being asked to let go of what limits us. So that more peace, more alignment, more ease and more wisdom can emerge.
But in order to do so, we must have the courage to let the old stories, emotions and identities die. We must venture into the unknown.
Where, one step at a time, we allow our intuition to lead the way.
One emotion at a time, we free ourselves.
I’ve been working with Bella since 2021 when I did IVFT Round 2. Releasing emotions and following my intuition have been pillars of my everyday life since.
And now, as a mom, I’m called to lean in even more.
What happens when we trust our intuition to guide us, especially when it doesn’t make sense to the mind or others?
What happens when we follow our alignment over what we “should” do?
What happens when we allow every emotion to move through us, no matter how big, uncomfortable or inconvenient?
I’m not here to be an expert on motherhood. This class is about creating a space for us to journey inward, reconnect with our intuition and expand together.
If you feel this same call to surrender to the flow of life, trust your inner voice, create a motherhood experience that feels deeply aligned and connect with other moms on a similar path, we’d love for you to join!
Wherever that is for you: conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond
To release any heavy emotions and realign with the wisdom of our intuition. All calls will be live on zoom and recorded.
The call topics will be guided by the flow of the group. Some themes we will dive into are:

Madison has been part of the Lively community since 2021, when she first got certified as an Inner Voice Facilitator with Bella. You might recognize her from past classes or her podcast episode with Bella, where she shared how this work completely changed her life.
Since then, she’s been deep in it—coaching, hosting The Magnetically You Podcast, and doing her best to live these teachings in daily life, especially now as a mom. She’s excited to walk alongside you, offer support when it feels right, and share what’s been helpful on her own journey.
Dorothy’s journey with inner voice work began in 2019 at one of Bella’s in-person events, which led to a life-changing decision to visit Bali during an IV session that same year. After becoming IVFT certified in 2021, she incorporated these tools into her coaching programs, including Get Over Your Ex and the Bigger & Better Life Mastermind.
After her second miscarriage in 2022, Dorothy accepted a life without children… until an unexpected pregnancy in 2024 changed everything. As shared on Bella’s podcast, her entire motherhood journey with baby Teddy has been guided by her inner voice.
Dorothy now applies these practices daily while navigating sleep challenges, family boundaries, and her evolving identity as a mother. She brings both her facilitation experience and personal journey to share insights that support others on their path to aligned motherhood.
Nishi is a new mom to her one-year-old daughter, Meera. She is passionate about living a life where the heart—the inner voice—leads, and the mind follows with ease.
Over the past year, early motherhood has reinforced three key lessons for her:
1) Living intentionally makes her better in every role, especially as a parent.
2) Feeling her emotions fully helps her get to the root of any challenge and move forward faster.
3) The best decisions always come from turning inward first.
Nishi is an inner voice facilitator, children’s book author, and yoga teacher with 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector to improve public health.
